Grow in 90 days, or we keep working for free
Outpost measures where you start and where you are 90 days later. If you haven’t grown on at least one of three measurable signals, we keep working, free, until you have. These are the terms, in plain English.

01What “growth” means
On your first day, Outpost audits your site and records a baseline. Growth means beating that baseline, within 90 days of your subscription starting, on any one of three signals: (a) search impressions, (b) your visibility score, or (c) verified new outposts. One is enough.
The guarantee is included with the Growth and Autopilot plans.
02How each signal is measured
(a) Search impressions: the 28-day average of Google Search Console impressions for your verified property, compared with the 28 days before your audit. The target scales with your starting point, so a new site needs a larger relative gain than an established one. For seasonal sites we compare with the same period a year earlier when that data exists. Target: set before launch.
(b) Visibility score: Outpost’s reproducible 0–100 score, recomputed with the same deterministic checks as your day-1 audit. Target: an increase of a set number of points, set before launch.
(c) Verified outposts: new live pages, listings and mentions that point to your product, each with a receipt (the live URL, a screenshot, a timestamp and its verification status). Target: a set number of new verified outposts, set before launch.
Mentions in AI answers are tracked and reported, but they do not count towards the guarantee: AI answers vary too much from one ask to the next to promise.
03Conditions
The guarantee applies when all of these hold for the full 90 days: Search Console stays connected to Outpost; Outpost is allowed to publish the content and submissions it prepares; and your subscription stays active.
There is one guarantee per business, whichever plan it is on and however many accounts it has.
04If the target isn’t met
Outpost keeps working on your account for free, one month at a time, until one of the signals beats its target. Everything Outpost has published stays yours.
The remedy is continued work, not money: no cash refunds are paid under the guarantee.
05Tracking your progress
Your dashboard shows the guarantee tracker from day one, for example “Day 42 of 90 · on track ✓”, with every number linked to its evidence.
On day 30 and day 60 Outpost runs a health check. If you are at risk, it tells you why and what it is changing. If a guarantee is ever missed, we review the root cause and share what we learned.
06How the targets are set
Targets are calibrated from pilot data, at the level that 90–95% of customers reach, and published on this page before launch. Once your subscription starts, your targets are fixed for your 90 days.
07Status of these terms
This page is a draft for counsel. The final guarantee will be part of the subscription agreement you accept before you pay; if the two ever differ, the agreement wins.
