01Who we are

Outpost is an autonomous growth and distribution platform operated by Tesseract Systems Corporation (“Outpost”, “we”, “us”). These terms apply to this website and the waitlist. When accounts open, using the Outpost product will be covered by a separate subscription agreement that you accept before you start.

02The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or for us. Accounts are invitation-only while we open access in waves, and we decide who is invited and when. Please join with an email address you control; one signup per address is all it takes.

You can leave the waitlist at any time. Our privacy notice explains what we store and how to ask us to remove it.

03Plans, pricing and previews

Plans, prices, estimates and product previews on this site describe Outpost as it will be offered at launch. They may change before your account opens, and nothing on the site is an offer to sell or a binding quote. Choosing a plan in the pricing explorer records a preference, not an order: you are never charged for joining the waitlist.

Paid plans, the 90-day growth guarantee and cancellation terms will be set out in full in the subscription agreement you see before you pay.

04Acceptable use

Please don’t submit someone else’s email address, flood the forms with automated requests, probe or disrupt the site, or copy it wholesale. We may block requests or remove signups that break these rules. If you find a security problem, our security page explains how to report it.

05Our content

The Outpost name, logo, site design, text and illustrations belong to Tesseract Systems Corporation or its licensors. Third-party names and logos shown as integrations or channels belong to their owners and are used only to show where Outpost works. Nothing here grants you a licence beyond viewing the site.

06Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, Outpost is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or the waitlist. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

07Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Outpost grows. When we do, we’ll change the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let the waitlist know by email. Questions about the terms are welcome at hello@outposttraffic.com.
