The buying journey
A project manager or superintendent feels a pain on one job (RFIs, daily logs, takeoffs, safety forms), tries a tool on that project, and the field crew either uses it or quietly goes back to paper and text messages. If it sticks, operations or the company admin standardizes it across projects. Larger firms add IT and security review, and many prefer tools that integrate with the platform they already pay for.
